Franklin N. Meyer is a graduate of Cornell University (Industrial and Labor Relations) and an honors graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, regarded as one of the top law schools in our country.
He is a member of the New York Bar, New Jersey Bar and Federal Courts in New York and New Jersey, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
After starting at a large Wall Street law firm, Frank then served as the NY name partner in a large law firm practicing in New York and New Jersey. Frank set up his own firm more than 30 years ago.
Frank is experienced in litigation actions and proceedings before Judges, Administrative Law Judges, and Arbitrators.
Frank also has the experience to know the importance of fully exploring the possibility of a successful negotiated settlement which can achieve what the client is looking for at less cost, while avoiding the uncertainty of litigation.
Frank serves the greater New York City area including Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, Staten Island and nearby counties.
